Start this experience with you lying on my heated treatment bed having a head & face massage, this will allow your body to completely relax. Indian Head Massage roots are steeped in tradition. The massage is traditionally believed to block negative energy in the body, through pressure to one of the seven chakras (or energy centres) of the body. Then we move on to work with energy and vibrations experiencing the sound of Crystal/Tibetan bowls. With the use of Sound Therapy we can create vibrations which have been demonstrated to affect our bodies functions, even our blood pressure. Following this you will have a Reiki, Crystal Healing with the Kasina Meditation Machine  and finally finish with a Chakra balance. Reiki treats the whole person including mind, body & spirit. Reiki is a natural healing energy.

This Spa treatment will involve having your hands soaked in warm water followed by a cleanse, exfoliation of the hands & lower arms with the use of warm towels.   You will then experience a relaxing massage with oils.  Paraffin Wax will then be applied to the  hands and placed into warm mitts during which you will  enjoy a Upper Shoulder Massage and Indian Head Massage.
